Why is it always harder to cancel something than joining it?
Like the gym, some kind of rewards program, some kind of discount program... etc...
I can join online, give you my name, All my information, Social Security number BUT!!!! Hold on when I want to cancel I have to COME IN or WRITE A LETTER and send it CERTIFIED MAIL because it might get lost.... You charge my bank account electronically so I better be able to cancel electronically... -_-
Wow you figure convenience would play a part and they could possibly get you back from actually cancelling your membership. But they choose to not do so and have you cancel in person, now you can rant & rave about their terrible customer service.
